No Complaints/Nothing to Write Home About

This is my work-neighborhood FedEx/Kinko's. I've used them frequently and have never been disappointed. They are prompt and courteous and their work is done well. I work for a publishing company and appreciate the efficiency and quality of their work. However none of this is exemplary, it simply fulfills what can be reasonably expected from a national franchise print-house.

I keep going back for more because I know I can count on them, but I don't rush to call Mom to tell her about the wonders of it all. Three stars it is.

• Pros: Convenience/Location, Reliability, Quality of Service
• Cons: Parking, Funky Online Interface (doesn't support .jpg files)

Inept Imbeciles

I can't stand this place. I work right down the street, so keep trying again and again, but this is the last time. Their complete lack of common sense and courtesy astounds me as a business owner. The last straw was I had some currogated cardboard that needed 2 holes drilled in it. Although they have a machine that's perfectly capable and they've done it before, the manager simply told me "no". I want to remind her that she makes minimum wage and this is probably why- her lack of desire to help customes. This place reeks of poor management and dipshits.

a bunch of numbskulls

this kinkos has screwed me for the last time...i always try it again because the self-service computers/printing is convenient. but that would mean they'd have to actually work. i was just there for over half an hour waiting for the printer to "warm up" and still have nothing to show for it. plus the staff there is completely useless when it comes to fixing all of the technical problems that seem to happen all of the time. besides all of that, even when i have them run my jobs for me, they're rude and the color is hideous. basically, avoid this place like the plague. don't waste your time like i did.
