If Hell served coffee. I have been to this City Coffee location three times. All three times, because it was in the same building that I was meeting people. So the location couldn't have been better, everything else could. Each time I have gone there the "service" I received was absolutely terrible. Each time there were more people behind the counter then customers, but somehow we remained waiting and waiting and waiting. The people behind the counter were more interested in talking to each other. The first time I went there I just was asking for directions and was treated like an absolute irritant. The second time I waited so long that I gave up and finally the last time I eventually did get a coffee. Was the wait worth it??? No.
