WORST customer service. Highest prices. I won't be back..
I wish I could give less than one star when rating this overpriced / under staffed gyp joint.
Unless you like to pay more and get less, avoid this pretentious money pit.
Editorial Review by Citysearch Editors. Department store with indoor and outdoor household items including furniture, appliances, sporting goods, gardening tools, plus pharmacy, photo processing, gifts.
I am not a man.
That rode an in the store called me a man when in reality i'm a big butiful robust from the meditarninaney. I thou my patata salad at him the my 10 pound beg of patatos. The maneger gave me a 10 free 5 gallan buckets of Chocolate ice cream.
Took off my panty hose swung them around my head.
Frustating. Every time I shop here, I vow never to return. The reason is that it's so hard to find things, and there's never anyone around to ask. The home/paint/garden section is especially bad. Not only is customer service practically nonexistant, but the checkers are usually sour and careless, if not downright rude. F.M. always has something I need, though, so I inevitably keep going back...
One-stop shopping? Yeah.. Gotta hand it to Fred Meyer: Many of their locations pretty much lives up to the slogan, "one-stop shopping." There aren't stores quite like this in LA, and I've found that I miss them.
