Customer Service Please?.
They promise you everything under the sun. "We have 1,500 stores nationwide and this makes it easy for us to tend to our customers needs."
They lost inspection records and demanded that we must have them to fix anything on our jewelery. I have made the effort to come in every 6 months to maintain my warrenty. Not to mention that everytime I do come in they find something wrong with it, so it gets sent out for 4 weeks to 3 months. This is because for their impressive 1,500 stores they have they only have 1 jewelery repair location.
Then they wanted us to find our hard copy of inspection papers for every 6 months that we have come in to have the inspection done. One might ask why can't they look it up in their computer files??? Well, the only answer to that is either they need to update their technology or update the people operating it.
If you want to know if I regret purchasing from this nation wide business.... Yes I sure do.
