I feel that my experience at the particular Les Schwab is comparable to the service at all of their establishments. Exceptional. I have had 2 flat tires in less than a month, and the closest tire place, both times was Les Schwab. Both times, I was extremely stressed out at the situation (needing to be somewhere etc.) and both times I was greeted the second I walked in the door, immediately taken care of and my car put in line to be worked on. This particular time, I was there right when they opened. They started on my tire immediately and it was done in 20 minutes max. They handed me my keys and told me there would be no charge. No charge. I know that is probably company policy...but in my financial situation, and stress of car repair in general.... that was probably the most amazing thing I have ever heard. Finally a business that is not only aiming at making a buck at their customers' misfortune. A real business, interested in helping customers in need, so that they will come back with their business again. I will definitely be buying tires from this company in the future. Thank you!

I went to this Les Schwab after the one in the NW said the patched a flat but actually just filled the tire with air and sent me on my way. They recommended I get 4 new tires even though 2 of the 4 are brand new and have less than 5,000 miles on them. They also patched a tire that was torn on the sidewall which is actually illegal by law because it is so dangerous. I went to another tire place two days later and they said the patch had already fallen off. I am very particular about the brand of tires I buy and since Les Schwab didn't carry the brands I like, I bought new tires online and brought them in to be changed. They told me (in an extremely rude manner) that they would not put tires purchased somewhere else on my car due to liability issues. I thought that was ironic since they had no problem patching a tire that was dangerous to patch. I will be going to Tire Factory from now on.
