I thought I would take a moment and rate this business because my pooch and I were so happy with the experience. I took a last minute trip over the holidays and figured I'd be met with this problem or that but was met with very freindly staff that made it so easy to make an appointment. All they needed was my dog's shot records which were faxed from my vet. No last minute running around for me. Oh yeah!

When I dropped off the woman up front asked if I had seen the coupon on their website for new clients. Of course I hadn't. She said "oh don't worry I will put it on there for you." Who does that?!!!

When I picked up my dog, "Millie," she did not smell like a kennel and was as happy as can be. Some times she's not the greatest with people she doesn't know.

All in all a great experience and would recommend them to any one that is looking for a kennel!

My girls are great with Stacy. Moving to PDS was easy. Finding a groomer for 2 pups under 7lbs, was not. Then I found Stacy at Townhouse. My pups love her and she delivers the best groom-just how I ask for it, is always punctual, and is just a super nice woman. I refer her all the time. I have never used the boarding there.…

ready for spring. I recently brought my dog in for some grooming, and it was probably the best haircut he's ever had! He seemed at ease with the groomer and facility, and left strutting with confidence. His coat was even, and soft- and smelled great. I thought the cut seemed to compliment his breed too, unlike some places with the cookiecutter everydog hairdo's.

He came with a nice evaluation/ followup checklist which I appreciated and prices were very reasonable.

Very well taken care of. I have been a customer for about 6 yrs now. Kathy is our groomer and she does a wonderful job with my two Bichons, Sam and Frodo. We get stopped on the street and asked where they get groomed. Kathy is awesome and both dogs run to her when she personally comes out to take them from me.…
