I never, ever post reviews. I actually signed in and everything. Just to let everyone know how GREAT Townhouse Pet CARE Center is! I have been taking my now 9 year old Turkish Persian Cat Lola there for 5 years, at least! Every time they do a remarkable job! Her fur is difficult to manage, and she is quite petite so I have them give her a Lions cut, and it's adorable and she loves it! They are affordable, respectful and attentive. The few complaints I had were specific to what my cats needs were. I have been to a few other groomers in the past and have had very poor service. When Lola comes out after a few hours there, she looks happy, like they had fun together. One time, she even had a little Halloween scarf on when I picked her up. They give her a report card each time I take her there. They really are great, and give them 5 stars!

My first review...
I have been taking my Malamute mix, Griffin, to Townhouse for grooming and the occasional boarding for the past 4 years. Today I noticed an enormous hotspot on his tail. He wouldn't let me near it to cut the matts out, so I called my vet to see if they could just shave him and how much it would cost. The vet told me that I would have to pay $50 for a check up, then additional $$ for the shaving and antibiotics. I've know from prior experience that this would run me close to $100 (I knew it was a hot spot and it's not infected...I just needed a shave).
At 5:10, 20 minutes prior to Townhouse closing, I get the brilliant idea to call them to see if they could shave him. Kim answered the phone (as always) and told me to bring him right down...no problem! She did a wonderful job of shaving the spot, and applied saline and bacatrine (?) to his tail. Best of all she didn't even charge me.
Fantastic customer service Townhouse! Thank you and I will continue to use your services.

It was great! I was especially pleased b/c my vet told me it would cost close to $1000 to have my cat's ears cleaned b/c he doesn't like people coming at his face so they'd have to put him under & you guys did it for the normal cost. I'm VERY happy with your services.

Kudos for being open on Mondays! This is one of the only places to get my pup's nails trimmed on a Monday. Plus, they carry specialty dog foods - a nice bonus. Parking is easy on the street in front.

Loved it! Jake showed up a dirty 11 year old mutt and went home a dapper young show dog, down to the bandana around his neck.
