I just got my latest cotton cloud mattress. First of all this was the first store that I felt comfortable trying the beds out in. The staff was there to help me but no one gave me the hard sell or rushed me. So uncommon. It's kind of like new seasons over there - all the workers seem really happy and like they enjoy their work. Great customer service. Everyone at Cotton Cloud was very helpful, both in helping me select the futon and the frame I wanted and in getting my order delivered and set up. There was a slight snafu when I went to pick up the futon (it wasn't ready, my futon had been given to another customer), but they were very apologetic and offered to deliver it to me. Everything else went fine. They were courteous and helpful in the store, on the phone and on delivery and set-up. The futon and the frame are very nice, and I'm very happy I went to Cotton Cloud.…
