I'm a web designer so, obviously, computers, connectivity, and state-of-the-art design tools are a must. Rick Hermanson of Brightstone has kept my shop up and running for nearly 10 years -- hardware, software, OS, all of it. Rick is really knowledgeable and VERY responsive. I don't think the guy ever goes on vacation. Even better: Rick stays ahead of the curve, meaning he knows what's trendy, as compared to what's real. For example: If you want to know if Leopard is stable enough for the big move, call Rick. He will not steer you wrong.
