Required: Must be a JERK or an IDIOT to work here.. I spent two hours picking out DVD movies- about 40 of them because they were on sale for 50% off. (which only brings the price down to where they should be anyway)... I put the first stack on the counter and said to the clerk that I was still shopping. I put several more stacks on the counter and when I was ready to pay, the DVDs were all gone because some other Bozo clerk put them all back...huh?... how could you put a customer's stuff back without checking with someone if you didn't know what was going on?.. That, and the unfriendly service that is typical there has me now looking for another CD-DVD store.

rude employees/bad service=failed business. i will never shop at everyday music again. their employees are so rude and not in the least bit interested in being helpful. i've had numerous incidents over the years, but today was the last straw. i bought a couple records at the sandy location today. the douche didn't even say hello. he told me how much. then slapped my receipt and change down and turned away without saying a word. and no, they were not busy. i hope everyday music is the next record store to go belly up. their employees deserve to lose their jobs. there are so few people actually paying for music these days. they ought to be grateful for my purchase.
