Weekend brunch offers staples like buttermilk pancakes--fluffy and abundantly layered with blueberries, bananas and hazelnuts. French toast gets soaked in custard before hitting the griddle. Steak and eggs are a perfectly grilled filet mignon beside a hearty scramble with spinach, peppers and Gorgonzola.

It seems like this place is in a different city, as soon as your seated. No tude, no missing waiters, quick...and friendly...is this really Nopo?

We went to the Cadillac Cafe for breakfast at around 11:30 on a Sunday morning - not the best time to get breakfast anywhere. It was a 30 minute wait, but the host pointed us to some empty spots over at the coffee bar where we were able to sit immediately. The service was prompt (especially considering how busy it was) and courteous (when I asked for a non-dairy creamer, Jen made sure to ask me about the dairy in the breakfast items I ordered; she was very good about checking on us and seemed quite genuine). The food was absolutely amazing. Great place, I look forward to going back next time I am in town!

You need to really pick the time that you go to this restaurant. You could be in for a wait. Why? Because the food is very good. They have a large variety of breakfast items to choose from.

When to Go:
The wait for weekend brunch can run close to 30 minutes. Arrive before 10am or after 1pm and you'll be seated more quickly.
Know Before You Go:
For large parties, send an envoy ahead to get your party on the list, but make sure the rest of the group follows close behind. Incomplete parties won't be seated. Reservations are taken for parties of six or more on weekdays.
