JOQs is a great place to hang out, meet friends, shoot a little pool and BS. It has a neighborhood feel while it services the entire Portland community.

The staff is top notch and you can feel free to just be yourself. This place has EARNED a place in my heart.

I have been to this pub a few times, with the hopes that things would get better.... no such luck! This seems to appeal to the sloppy- sloppy drunks, sloppy decor, sloppy service! What a shame that in a community of creative people, this is a black hole of yuck!
