Poor service

Dr. Kautz was great. He was informative and friendly. The salesmen were awful though. When I was picking out my glasses they were never there to help unlock cases or answer any of my questions. I understand being understaffed, but completely ignoring me while I've been there for over an hour is rude. Then when I am ready to purchase my glasses waiting on 5 other people before doesn't make sense. Along with saying I'm going to be helped next and helping yet another person. I have not picked up my glasses from here yet. Hopefully I love them. But I would never go back there again and recommend going anywhere else but here.

• Pros: inexpensive, friendly & knowledgeable eye doctor
• Cons: Poor salesmen & understaffed
