This company gives you an extremely low level of service. They are very dishonest. They tend to pick incompetent property managers who cannot do their jobs. BEWARE.

I currently live at one of their properties. Thank goodness I'm moving out at the end of the month. They are really unprofessional. We recently discovered one of our roommates was never actually on the lease because the apartment manager just forgot to fill out the paperwork. It once took them over a week and a half to fix our oven after the door fell off because the machine was so ancient. Seriously, a really terrible company. I have not had one positive experience. At least it's cheap. That is the only upside.

Get everything in Writing, or you may lose your deposit. The amount you pay and are told you Will get back is not accurate. They use a arbitrary code to determine what if anything you will get back. Don't ask them for more info, they will not give it to you. So if you have the 5-700$ to throw away, go ahead. But, if you count on this company being honest and returning your money as they say they will, you might want to rent somewhere else.
