Most of the staff is great, but the
administrator seems to be proud of of ruling by intimidation of both staff & residents. He is quite
willing to change rules on the spot to bully both residents & staff (except his relatives & neighbors whom he hires & promotes above better qualified employees & candidates). His attitude has caused tension to rise since he came, taking the place of a beloved administrator.
Now there are plenty of beautiful, empty apartments to choose from.
