Phagans' School Of Hair Design

THEY REALLY DONT CARE. I attended this school, and I HATED IT. They have so many rules that someone got sent home almost everyday. I got kicked out of this school for missing when it was medical reasons why I did. And they just didn't care and I miss one more day and got kicked out. It seemed to me they were always looking for reasons to kick people out. And the dress code they have was horrible. I'd rather see people in jeans then black leggings where you can see their underwear! Another thing is they didn't care about is students fighting, there was a group of girls threating and yelling and being horrible to these other girls, and you know what the staff did, they had the other girls who weren't starting the problems not come to class where the girls who were threating didnt even get a slap on the hand. Worst Beauty School in Portland. I wanted to go to beauty school so I visted the school. The school was filthy and the office people were rude.
