A Fine Team!

I am very satisfied with the installation of a new fence on my property. My family and neighbors are impressed by the speed of the installation and the good looks of the finished project. It is a beautiful piece of good workmanship and surely to last a long time. All work was completed on time in a professional, well organized manner.

I can't tell you how astounded my husband and I were to have our deck so beautifully restored!

We have lived in many states and in each have dealt with many builders, and/or renovators, and vendor. Some provided no service, some provided service only after we threatened action, some few saw their job not as building or renovating, but as providing a quality product and satisfying customers. Those companies built the best repuations and inspired customer loyalty. Rick's Custom Fencing and Decking is now a the top of that list for us!

How that service is delivered is of course critical. Rick's Fencing is fortunate enough to have professional like Bruce out front in that process and to have hard working crews like the ones who worked here. I am grateful for their attention to every detail of the work. I know that this newly refurbished deck will be an asset to us over the long term.

I have, and will continue to give Rick's Fencing the highest references to other homeowners.

Nice folks. Talk a good story. Disappointed in results

Had an expensive deck put in. Should have gone with an independent contractor but we paid the premium Ricks price for their "quality". Never saw the quality we were led to believe would be there. I think the premium goes to Rick and his advertising. Could have saved almost 20%. Hindsight being 20/20. Figured I would give a heads up that the talk from Ricks is great but the end product is just so-so. Disappointed in materal quality and workmanship. Would not, could not recommend them.

One support beam is half inch higher than others making a ridge on the deck. One railing post is loose and wiggles. Safety hazard and terrible. Put photos on photo bucket.

• Cons: Material quality was poor. Workmanship fair.
