No need to shop around

I shopped all around like we all do for a new LCD TV set. What a waste of time:-( If you want over the top service that you don't have to pay for , this is your place.I have purchased 2 TVs from Ken, one of them had a problem. Ended up it just needed a software update. When he found out I was having trouble he did way more than anyone would expect....Way more! On top of getting it done for me, he gave me a loaner set right off the shelf until the update could be performed. Try going to wall-mart or Costco and getting a loaner until yours get fixed. They would look at you like your crazy just for suggesting it.. I got turned on to this place by word of mouth referral. They have far exceeded my expectations. I am a customer for life! Thank you.

Excellent Customer Service

I went in with certain Receivers in mind, the sales person told me all the pros and cons of the two models. He then showed me a third model in the same price range and took the time to explain all the buttons, dials, plug ins, bells and whistles. I decided to by the third model due to his knowledge and honesty. He even sold me a spliter cable for our Sub Woofer and a HDMI cable for OVER half off the price marked. I certainly wish I had gone here first rather than waste two days shopping at Best Buy.

If you need HDMI cables, check prices here first, 1/2 the price of Best Buy!!

I go here for most of my electronic needs re: to video. They know their stuff and are always friendly and very helpful!
