Pizza Baron

Great place to meet and eat. Some times "old fashioned" is good. It seems like most chain pizza places have shrunk down to a small store front business that focuses on shoveling out chow. But Pizza Baron -- I think they've been at the same location for 30 years -- is a large place with room for large parties. In addition to cozy booths, they also have long tables that can seat a sports team or big family.

Their pizza is of the thin-crust variety; their toppings are fresh and the service is typically good.

I can see why this family-owned restaurant has been around serving -- and employing -- three generations of East Portlanders.…

FANTASTIC FLAVOUR!!!!!. WHAT CAN I SAY, I HAVE BEEN COMING TO THIS RESTAURANT FOR OVER 23 YEARS. AND IT JUST GETS BETTER AND BETTER!!! THE CRUST IS AMAZING, THERE IS SO MANY TOPPINGS THAT IT FALLS OFF THE PIZZA, THE SAUCE IS SUPER YUMMY TOO! SALAD BAR NEEDS TO GROW A BIT, BUT THERE ARE PLENTY OF VIDEO GAMES FOR THE KIDS, AND THEY SEAM TO BE VERY QUICK IN GETTING YOUR ORDER TO YOU IN THE DINNING ROOM.... TRY IT!!!! Best Pizza in Portland. I have never rated anything on the internet before, but after visiting the Pizza Baron I thought it was worth it. I took my family in there for a quick bite to eat before heading to the airport and I have to say I have been back twice since then. The pizza is excellent, and the service is great and they have something there for everyone in the family to enjoy including video poker and video games for the children. I do recommend the Pizza Baron to anyone and will be planning on coming back as well.…

Credit Card Fraud. I feel compelled to issue a WARNING to anyone tempted to use a credit/debit card for their purchase from Pizza Baron. Extraordinary charges were added to our card after we signed the receipt for the amount of purchase, and the person who claimed to be the manager was less than concerned about the security of customer credit card information in the hands of his employees. The pizza from this parlor was one of our favorites, but not worth the risk of ID theft or fraudulent charges made against our account.…
