this location fixed a big problem for us on an appliance that was out of warranty. initially we were pretty ticked and a yelp review somehow got us the folks within that company who took initiative and fixed the problem. so i can't give 5 stars just because of the issues we have had with the specific product we bought from them and the phone reps lack of initiative, but a solid 4 for their service in fixing the problem ulitmately. i do think that customers who are not internet savvy would appreciate it if the same care and initiative was offered from the phone reps, just sayin' :)

Manny is GREAT! Too bad we didn't actually get to finish our sale with him. Other sales people seem to be very territorial and even though my in-laws are established customers (by a week) I was a NEW customer and so apparently the new relationship between my in-laws and Lois made me property of her. I really wanted to stick with Manny, but to keep my Mother in law calm and prevent a panic attack , Manny graciously insisted that we work with Lois. Manny is a professional and a gentlemen. I won't purchase any thing else form Standard, but if you do... DEMAND SERVICE FROM MANNY! Manny gets ***** 5 stars from me!

I was very impressed with the service I got from Rick Bennett when he came to install my new dishwasher. On time, knowledgeable, professional & a very positive attitude. I appreciate the fact that my time was as important as his.

I had a problem with a dishwasher purchased apx. 18 months ago, I had an extended warranty. Kelly Coffman contacted me and replaced the dishwasher. The parts were on backorder and I was very happy to have a new washer and the help of Kelly.

Manny Leon is the best sales person around. We have purchased numerous appliances from him. He's very knowledgable and polite and is truly dedicated to making you satisfied. We enjoy coming to Standard, becausese of Manny.

I bought my entire kitchen from Standard TV and appliance. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism of our salesman Rod. He made us feel like family rather than just another customer! His calm demenor and wealth of brand knowledge helped to make our first kitchen remodel a breeze! I most certainly will do (and have done) future appliance purchasing via Standard!

I was on my way to purchase a Refer, D/W, Stove, and Vent fan at Lowes in Portland, when I heard a commercial on the radio for Standard TV & Appliance. We drove to the 82nd store and recieved what my wife and I consider to be the best service we have ever recieved. Jim Waller was just fantastic. No pressure,very knowledgable and sincere. Jim gave us a package that was just perfect in our kitchen along with excellent prices. This was my wife's Christmas gift and she was hoping for a great experience. She walked out of your store thrilled with the service, product, and pricing. Jim, thanks for your excellent service. My wife will always remember your sincere and warm service.

Great Customer Service - Order through Delivery. We order a tremendous amount of appliances annually and Standard TV and Appliance offers great customer service and pricing. Delivery and Setup Driver Darnell gets my vote for best delivery person in this industry.
