Worst Service Ever! Horrible Supervisor in Charge? HaHaHa. Round Table Pizza on se 82nd in Portland, OR * We Ordered Pizza @6:03pm, was told 45-1hr delivery. 1hr later, phoned to asked where the pizza is? was told, sorry, they will give the pizza free. Minutes later they call me back, was told 50% off! I told them to throw in a 2ltr of pop. OK. They were on the way. So, now it is after 8pm, the pizza & pop arrive. 2HOURS LATER!! My family left! My boys went to get burgers & in the meantime i ordered a small pizza from Dominos (got that one in 30 minutes) So, called Katie back & said, I am not paying anything for it! She said, the best she could do is give me 50% off my next order! HaHaHaHa! Next Time??? NO!! Not only will I never go back to a Round Table, I will let everyone that I know How long this company takes to get a pizza out & dont even back their service, which is HORRIBLE!!!
This King Arthur-themed restaurant dishes out pizzas, sandwiches, salads and more to hungry families and couples on dates..
In Short
The first Round Table Pizza opened in Menlo Park, Calif. in 1959. Today, the chain boasts more than 500 restaurants internationally and is recognized for its made-from-scratch dough, mozzarella, provolone and cheddar blend and gourmet toppings like fire-roasted Roma tomatoes, creamy garlic sauce and salami. Pizzas are available in pan and "skinny" (aka, super-thin) varieties. The menu also offers up turkey, ham and chicken club sandwiches, bread sticks and salads.
WON'T EVER, EVER EAT A ROUND TABLE PIZZA BECAUSE OF THESE GUYS!!!!!. WHEN WE FIRST MOVED INTO THE AREA (WE ARE EXACTLY ACROSS THE STREET IN A RETIREMENT MOBILE HOME PARK), WE CALLED TO ORDER A DELIVERY, AND TO TRY ROUND TABLE PIZZA FOR THE FIRST TIME. WE WERE TOLD VERY CURTLY THAT "WE DON'T DELIVER TO YOUR LOT", WITHOUT EXPLANATION, OR APOLOGY AND WERE ABRUPTLY HUNG UP ON. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DOMINO'S PIZZA, WHO HAS BEEN ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL WITH MANY DELIVERIES OVER THE YEARS. WE ALWAYS TIP THEM LARGE BECAUSE THEY ARE SO TIMELY AND HOSPITABLE.
Best National Chain Pizza.
Costs more than other discount chains, but I guess you get what you pay for. If you call to order and don't have a coupon, ask what their specials are. If they have something you want, the price is closer to the other chains.
Independents/ Local chains are still usually the best pizza, but usually cost more and may not don't deliver!
