Not impressed. My husband ordered, what should have been, a gorgeous arrangement of red roses and lilies for Valentines day 2011. Upon arrival the lilies were already browned at the edges and by the morning after delivery, some of the lilies were dead and the roses were wilting. The condition of the flowers was absolutely baffling to me so I ensured that the water level was adequate and it was. I realize that accidents happen so I called the facility to make them aware the quality of flowers had been compromised. They answered the phone by saying "hello" instead of answering in a professional manner. I actually had to ask if I had mistakenly contacted a residence. After I confirmed this was an actual business, I informed the representative of the condition in which my flowers had arrived in and she ensured a new bouquet would be delivered the following day. When the new batch of flowers arrived they were fresh, but not the same bouquet my husband ordered. It was much smaller and had different flowers, but I was happy to see they were better quality. I'm not sure I would purchase flowers from Prestige again due to low quality merchandise and their unprofessionalism, but to their credit... they did try to correct the problem by sending out a fresh arrangement even if it was not what my husband originally ordered.
Awesome!. I have been purchasing flowers from Prestige for the last four years. Every bouquet was so fresh and unique. I have ordered from simplest bouquet to the drop dead gorgeous ones and every time they exceed my expectations. Their staff is very reliable and friendly.
