HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!!!!!.
Worst apartment ever!
I immediately began getting noise complaints although I wasn?t even home (actually out of town on business)
I then was written a citation for the littered cigarette butts in front of my apartment, (Across the sidewalk I might add) which was ridiculous seeing as I don?t even smoke! (They tried to fine me $25)
The appliances where quick to break down showing their low quality and need for replacement.
My apartment was quickly over taken by ants, I was sure to keep everything spotless but no matter what I did they continued to pile in (I asked them to do something about it three times which they never did)
A large water bubble formed on one of my bathroom ceilings and burst water all over the floor, it continued to drip and although I called about it twice it was never fixed (The maintenance man literally looked it over and never came back)
Parking was absolutely horrible! They actually expect you to pay monthly to have your own spot! My car was dinged several times because of the tight spaces and one night I spent half an hour driving around the neighborhood looking for a parking spot because the free ones in the complex where full!
The water started to smell like mildew and taste horrible, I became sick as did my room mate, throwing up and all over just feeling horrible.
I called the water problem in as well; however my earlier attempts had no help so I doubted this one would either.
The maintenance man did finally show up about the water problem only to tell me he had no idea what I was talking about and that it smelled fine to him which was outrageous after witnessing the look of pure disgust he made while smelling it!
Altogether this was the worst apartment experience I have ever had and I would warn anyone greatly against ever moving into The Overlook at Causey lane!!!!…
