The apartments are nice looking, but lack insulation so you can hear your neighbors tv's even at a low volume. Also its hard to keep the mold in check especially if you are on the lower level. There are a lot of families and you will notice a lot of screaming kids. Parking is horrible if you have more than one car. The management were nice and friendly when I had to deal with them. The pool is nice but the hot tub really is pathetic. The work out equipment seems to be broken more often than it works. The rents have gone up so its not as good of a deal as it used to be considering how close it is to felony flats, but otherwise its an ok place to live.
Pros: nice management
Cons: parking, no insulation, hard to keep mld down
