I moved to portland from California. I reserved the apartment from the manager before i got there and i was so impressed with how easy she made the process for me. She gave me photos, detailed information etc and when i moved in everything was simple and the apartment was nice and fresh and in good repair. the neighbors were so much more welcoming than I have ever experienced, it's such a nice community. i loved that I could ride my bike to work since its right next to Spring Water corridor. A month after i was there my sink had a problem and the maintenance guy came the very next day. i was pleasantly surprised. the landscaping has these beautiful mature maple trees, in the fall it is absolutely gorgeous and lots of grass. It's affordable and well taken care of. Highly recommended
Pros: landscaping, neighborhood feel, well taken care of
Cons: older , probbably built in the 70's but sturdy and taken care of still
