WHAT?. Out of all the wonderful, classy, high fashion salons in Portland, this one makes the top ten? Rediculous. Great clips is a bottom of the line place to get a haircut, and chances are you walk out with either exactly what you didn't want in a haircut or a badly cut version of what you did.

You'll be sorry you wasted your ten bucks... do yourself a favor and pay a little more for a good haircut.

What?. How can Great Clips be one of the top ten? The customer service is the only thing I can think of that might be great! They give aweful haircuts. How can anyone trust someone to give them a haircut who just came out of beauty school?

salon of the unprofessional. I have *never* had a decent cut from the infamous Great Clips. The last time was it, I cried when I left and was afraid to even let them try to make it better, for fear of them making it worse. They don't know how to do under cuts or layers. They believe that to get a "layer" all you do is determine the longest length you want and the shortest length. Then they just cut diagonally from long to short length!!! Most of them can't duplicate a picture at all and need to pass you on to another person who has more experience. My advice: Pay a little extra and go to a professional, or you'll end up with something your little 2 yr old could give you for free.
