I'm sure Gentech is fine for cleanings
and check-ups but if you need more significant work done I suggest you go elsewhere. The staff at
the Clackamas office was very accommodating after a scheduling mishap. However...
I saw their traveling specialist and my experience was one disappointment after another. Not only did it take a month to get to see her. Once I did I had to wait another two weeks before I finally got a hold of her staff to find out that they had not followed through with what they were suppose to do so I could schedule my next appointment. After my procedure, my follow-up procedure time was only available at 7 am, either at the office 30 mins or 60 minutes away from where I live. So I decided to wait two weeks and see her at the office only 30 mins. from my house, I had to get my daughter up at 6:15 during her Christmas break just to find out when I got to the office the assistant told me the wrong day!
None of the office schedules or patient files are linked to one another so if you have to see the specialists at different locations it causes a lot of confusion. They try really hard once you are in front of them but if you expect any personalized follow up service I suggest finding a different dental office.

BEWARE. I would not recommend Dr. Darius Arlauskas. He talks very poorly to his staff and is rude. I was appalled with how he treated his assistant. After doing an exam on me, I will not be going back to his office. He is a narcisst and is not gentle whosoever. Beware of the reviews. There are several that are listed on June 30th, surely they will not get this many in a day. How ironic that there is not one bad review or even one 4 star rating. even the best of the best will have a few poor ratings, I find it unbelievable that everyone would give him 5 stars, especially when he had no chair side manner whatsoever. Not scary at all.. If it's necessary to have dental work done, you could find no better than Gentech Dentist. The Office Staff are nice and friendly. Dusty makes you feel right at home. The work that I had done - dentures- made me look like a new and younger woman. And the cost was extremely reasonable. You will not find a better Dentist than Darius Arlauskas, DMD. I guarantee it. I have seen both dentists in this office and Both have something so wonderful to offer. Male and female, both have a lot of experience. I
saw Dr Darius for my extractions and implant, then I had gone back with a sore tooth and Dr S welcomed me in on short notice.
Staff was so warming and friendly. I was so horrified to even see a dentist, and they were so great their that I have actually continued to go back. And the girls their were so encouraging! :) Thank You Girls!
