If you like to get taken advantage of...... .... then Mr Rooter is a great plumber for you. We called to get a simple sink drain unclogged, they could not make it in the evening when I would be at home like they said they would. They came in the morning when my wife was home alone with our babies. She had no idea what a it should cost so the plumber must have sensed this and quoted a price about 3x what it should cost, my wife did not know any better and excepted the estimate. When I tried later to get a break down of the cost or hourly rate they just said they charge by the job, so basically they assess how much they can charge someone based on if they are desperate or inexperienced in this case $300/ hour

Save yourself some money and hire an honest local plumber.

With that said they were professional and clean, but I would rather save 200$ at the expense of seeing some plumbers crack.…

SCAM/FRAUD/DIRTY BUSINESS PRACTICES. called to get some feedback on a tankless water heater system. The gal who answered had no information on what it would cost etc, and cheerfully asked if I wanted them to come by to have a look at what we had already (power and water source etc). NEVER during the course of this conversation did she EVER mention a consultation fee. Most construction, plumbing and electrical companies offer "free consultations" so we assumed the same. I couldn't make it home in time for the appointment, but no worries because my husband was home - so the guy comes in and says nothing remotely useful to him about what we needed (in terms of power etc) but then turns around and charges my husband $70.00 for coming out. My husband being gullible paid with his atm card. So after 10 days of attempting to get Mr Rooters "managers" to RETURN A SIMPLE PHONE CALL - I have sought assistance from my bank to dispute the charge. These people are scammers, taking money for services not even rendered, and not even accurately advising of any charges BEFORE they step foot in the house. Their loss... we have a kitchen reno and a tankless to install... and I will be damned if they ever get any business from me or my friends and family EVER... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There are 58+ complaints about this company at the BBB... BUYER BEWARE!!!! iF THEY HAD NEGATIVE STARS - THEY'D HAVE GOTTEN THE MAX AS FAR NEGATIVE AS YOU COULD GO!!!…

Plumber was professional. Save money and do it yourself, im a first time home owner and after i saw that a 5 year old could have repaired my pipes i was truly ashamed. Cut it off with a hacksaw, snap on shark bite brand fittings with plastic pipe and your done! Wow i dont see myself ever calling a plumber to fix my pipes again......bad taste in my mouth that will last til i die.…
