pleasant place, good staff

I was lost and found the hotel by accident, i checked their rooms and they were very tidy and staff was very pleasant in helping me find my way around town and very courteous. I thought its was a nice place and very inexpensive and I have been a guest few times since.

Didn't feel safe, poor customer service

We were new to Portland and needed an extended stay motel. We chose this motel because of good reviews online, however our experience was very poor. The motel is practically empty on the weekdays but at night and on the weekends it is very noisy, people coming and going at all hours of the night. I am an experienced traveler and am not a prude, but this place felt very unsafe and dirty. It was so noisy on Saturday night because of people drinking and partying outside of our door that I couldn't sleep and felt very unsafe. We requested in advance to leave three days early and the manager approved our refund, not once but twice but we have not received it a month later. We are still attempting to get back our refund for days that we weren't even at the motel. I would advise people to stay away from this place and spend the extra money to stay at a place that feels safer and is not so noisy.

This was a cheap hotel that was nice and well kept but it was dark at night They needed more outside lights .
