Slanderous first review. Drunken Father suspected.
I was actually at the concert that the first reviewer commented on. That was not what happened. There was a drunked father concerned about electrical cords running across a damp sidewalk. They were
heavy duty cords with no nicks or cuts on them. The police had to be called becase said drunken father (the reviewer, Possible?) threated to "cut the cords with his knife" which, of course it doesn't take a "PH.d" to realize that could have caused an electrical shock hazard. The police and the engineer from Alterntaive Sound checked the electrical cords for safety and determined there was no danger-just a drunken father.
Alternative Sound is a fine audio company and I am sorry to see this slanderous review. They have many city contracts and do all the free concerts in the Parks and Pioneer Courthouse Square and have for over 30 years.…
I can't believe what I saw. Yesterday I went to a concert in the park at Kenton Park. The stage was south of the water park for toddlers who were actively playing in the water then I saw two extension cords trailing through a water puddle where the kids were playing. I ended up moving the cords out of the water to a much safer place then they had a lady come at me with threats and rude comments. I don't think it takes a PH. D. to know that water and electricity don't mix. These guys need to know more safe ways to conduct business. If I can publish pictures I will but goodness, for the love of children. Take a safety class or something.…
