Come here once and it will soon become a destination. My wife and I stumbled accross this place a few years ago tucked away on a side street. Ever since then we make it a point to eat dinner or lunch there if we have time. The food is fantastic. They know who they are and they do it well. The setting is intimate and comfortable. The people are quality west coast casual - classy and down to earth. WARNING - Before you plan on visiting make sure that you know they are open. They are a small restaurant and are not slaves to the business. Good for them - but there have been a few times when my wife and I have been disappointed because they were closed.
Pros: Food, Ambience, Service, and Value
Cons: Limited times they are open.

I am surprised so many rave about this pizza. Overall I would rate it as "average," definitely not the best in Northwest or even Salem/Portland area. The crust was very thick, it had too much sauce, and it was served far too hot. Part of the crust was burned. It was very greasy. Basically, an independent version of Pizza Hut. The salad was also quite bland, without enough dressing. The greens were far too large and overall nearly required a knife to eat. The service was quite slow.
