Amazing for a good price by Mary W. at InsiderPages

I would like to say my experience with Trade Secret Hair salon in Vancouver Mall was great. I called in that day and they had my appointment set for a time that fit my needs and when I arrived to Trade secret everything was set and ready to go. This was a convinent location and I was in and out. My hair dresser listened and to the style I wanted and it turned out exactly as pictured. The prices are really good for the excellent customer service you receive. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Not happy about new return policy

Been shoping at trade secret for years and always recommended them to family and friends especially when buying expensive flat iron cuz as long as you kept your receipt and box you could exchang when it stoped working or just didn't get as hot as it use to I thougt this was a great and it was the only reason I would shop and send others to buy product from ther as a beauty school student I'm always sending people ther so my Paulmichl flat iron isn't working its shuting on and off and went to go xchang the other day and they told me they no longer do it! I looked on line and it stil has same return policy so I'm wondring if its just this store ? We'll just would like to know why ?
