I contacted Hannah Honda's VIP Internet Department and spoke to Brian McLane. He was very friendly, great charisma and was passionate about his Honda vehicles.. I was looking for a fuel efficient car (like everyone else these days) and he provided me with information and assisted me in finding the vehicle I was looking for. I was unable to finance the vehicle at that time but Brian treated me with utmost respect and advised me on how I would be able to get to a place where I can finance a vehicle in the future. Thank you Brian, you will definitely be hearing from me again.

Hannah could not have made it easier. I went online to get a quote. I got the quote. I compared the quote to the other Honda dealers. Hannah's quote and 1 other were the lowest I received so I called them both and decided on Hannah. Chris Tyler, there "VIP" representative was very nice and knowledgeable. He arraigned an appointment for me to have my SUV appraised and the rest is history. Thanks again and I love my new Accord!

Well, I finally decided that it was time to park my gas guzzling SUV and move to a decent econobox type car. I know people have always said that Honda's get good gas mileage and will go forever, but I've never owned a Honda. I've always been a 'Buy USA' type of guy. I didn't know what to expect, but I decided to do a little internet research and see what type of inventory was available. By the time it was all said and done, I was looking at a few Honda's at the DickHannah auto mall. I met with Marcus Amicci who was a very well polished sales guy. He taught me a lot about the cars they had and really helped me get over my barrier that has stopped my from buying foreign cars in the past. The whole process was great and I'm incredibly happy with the car. I was impressed with his knowledge and how he really helped me turn the corner. If you're going to get a Honda, talk to Marcus and he can teach you a thing or two.
Pros: Helped coach me through the process

My wife and I had a GREAT experience with Scott Doyle at DickHannah Honda. He was polite, respectful, courteous, and genuinely wanted to help us. Scott went over and above the call of duty to help us find the car we wanted. At one point, he drove all the way to another dealer in Portland (during rush hour) to pick up a car for us to test drive. WOW! Even when we left DickHannah to "think about it", Scott never pressured or "guilted" us into buying the car... he was very professional and pleasant the whole time (which is more than I can say about the manager, who was kind of rude and tried to make us feel guilty about not buying the car). But Scott was awesome and we ended up coming back the next day to buy the car because we were so impressed with how Scott treated us (and it was also a great car at a good price). If it wasn't for Scott's great attitude and all his help and hard work, we may not have bought the car and just gone somewhere else. But Scott really made the difference and we can't thank him enough for all his help; he is hands down the BEST salesman I've ever interacted with. Thank you Scott Doyle!
Pros: Great salesman, very helpful, very polite and courteous
Cons: Manager was pushy and a little rude

I am very happy with my recent purchase at DickHannah Honda. I said I would never buy a vehicle from a dealer but wanted a quality car that gets descent gas mileage for my weekly commute. I was not having much luck finding one on my own so I regretfully went shopping dealers. I met Marcus at DickHannah and was so happy to meet him. He went out of his way to help me get the perfect car that I can be proud to drive. I give it two thumbs up!

Honestly I was expecting the worst when it was time to get another car. I've had both good and bad experiences in the past but I was definitely pleased with my latest purchase. Not only do I love my car but I have to say that my experience at DickHannah Honda was surprisingly easy and hassle-free. I worked w/ Marcus Amicci who was great - he showed genuine effort and action throughout the whole car buying process. I'd definitely buy another from these guys and work recommend working with Marcus. He knows his stuff!
Pros: Knowledgeable staff, friendly too

The whole reason I came to Hannah Honda in Vancouver was because of all the good reviews of the dealership on the internet and because the name Steve Morris was mentioned specifically as providing good customer service.
