great experience

My stepdaughter and I had spa treatments at Elements Day Spa recently and had a very positive experience. When I phoned to make our appointments the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. This means a lot when calling a business since unfortunately most places these days wouldn't know good customer service if it bit them in the bum!

The location was easy to find and when we checked in we immediately felt very comfortable and welcomed. They have a nice little sitting area while you're waiting with water, tea and cookies. I like the no cell phone policy and the nice tranquil music playing also. I had the body scrub and self tanner application which was awesome. The masseuse did a fantastic job and I loved the water treatment that was included. The price was very reasonable for the amount of time my scrub took. We will definitely come back.

Suzette Mc Culley is a true artist!

I am very particular about my hair and was nervous about trying a new place, not to mention stylist. I was fortunate to fall into the capable hands of an excellent and experienced stylist by the name of Suzzete. During my experience Suzette gave me her full and uninterrupted attention. She did exactly what I asked and didn't make me feel rushed. She was resposive to my questions and gave me some great tips for hair care. When my friends, family and co-workers saw my new look they loved it and insisted on getting her info so they could make an appointment. What a great professional stylist and artist Suzette is!

Serious Treatments

The look of Elements is shabby chic. I don't mind when the decor needs a lil updating when I know the treatments I get have nothing to do with decor. I have had many services done but the one I love and is most valuable to me is the Hydromassage. You bring in your suit for this and the tech uses a special hose to move toxins thru the lymphs and helps relieve my vericose veins and the pain in my legs. The Decleor products they use are expensive but worth it if it keeps me out of pain and looking beautiful.

Serene, restful, professional spa and salon

Elements is worth the trip to East Vancouver to enjoy their comprehensive spa menu including waxing, facials, makeup, massage, natural nail care and salon services. They use nothing but top of the line products and well trained staff. I've had my hair cut and colored by Sara, massaged by Dawn and David, both excellent and treated myself to a facial from Anne. I had the best waxing experience with Valerie. She is a magician with brows. I love the way she takes the time to get them just right.

Goodbye Acrylic Nails Forever

I've been wearing fake nails for over 5 years, I've tried taking them off before but every time it hurt so bad I would end up putting them right back on. FINALLY I have found a place that knows nails. They soaked the acrylic off slowly then pampered my nails with a Jessica treatment (used by all the movies stars) that strengthened my nails as well as nourished them. I am so pleased to finally have my own nails back. Thank you Elements!!

friendly and helpful staff, beautiful product lines, and good variety of services

I had received a gift certificate for xmas last year and it had expired. I called to see if they would still honor it. The gal on the phone was really nice about it and made me feel like it wasn't a problem at all. She was very helpful with suggesting the perfect service for my needs. I treated myself to an elements facial and a rainforest treatment and it was amazing! Technicians were very professional and made me feel comfortable even when i was au natural during the body treatment. I will be back and tell all my friends!

• Cons: saturdays are busy so book in advance!

relaxing, easy going, comfortable, very friendly, great massages

I feel completely welcomed and valued when I enter Elements, and I feel fantastic when I leave Elements Day Spa after a one-hour massage. My friend and I each had a massage last week and then sat for nearly an hour in the Tranquility Room, enjoying ice water and great conversation in the relaxed, comfortable and welcoming environment.

Refreshing!

Vancouver's best day spa

The service was first class from the time I checked in till I left hours later and in a much more relaxed state! The decor is comfortable and warm and the people authentic. The service providers were so informed. They seemed to know what I needed before I did. When I come back, AND I WILL BE BACK!, I am definetly doing the Hot Stone Massage & Elements Facial. What a treat! What a delightful day!

Comfortable, professional and friendly

Received wax services from Georgia who was quick, accurate, friendly and professional. She set the tone from the beginning and was good at addressing pain quickly. Dana provided the cut and style and I cannot rave enough about her! She spent a lot of time keeping the style something I can manage without a team of professionals or gallons of product. She listened to what I wanted and continued the discussion through the whole process. I felt very much in control of the outcome and left with the tools to style my hair the next morning and there after. The prices are slightly higher than other area spas but the staff is worth it. Everyone was smiling, making sure the guests were comfortable, and most importantly feeling welcomed.

I had my first massage with Dawn today and it was spectacular. One of the best Swedish massages I've had!
