The ubiquitous copy center has grown over the years into a diverse hub of business resources. Customers can copy and print documents, as well as create business cards, posters, brochures and photos from digital files. FedEx Kinkos also sells packing and shipping supplies and offers a wide array of FedEx shipping services. Many stores even have wireless Internet service and videoconferencing, and all locations have computer stations and CD reproduction services.

Dont ask them to figure it out

I've gone to this kinkos several times to enlarge photos. I need them as close to an 8x10 inch photo as possible, centered in the page. ANY place can do this! Not only do some of the staff have trouble figuring this out, one of them even refused to try! The minute I told him what I wanted, he said "I wouldn't even know how to do that. " and then "it's not possible."

He didnt even try! His attitude was "I'm not going to help you, I'm not going to give you customer service or figure it out."

I wish I had gotten his name and called the manager, he was absolutely infuriating. Even more angering was that I had it done there before, and KNEW it was not only possible, but doable!

That being said, the few people that DO know how to do it, or take the time to figure it out, make a really nice print.
