Saks has their approach together. My first time in the Men's store I was intimidated, but I was helped by all of the staff who know the clothes they sell. They get the new items in and mark the old items down by huge amounts. Saks has something from every major brand anyone could hope for. I highly recommend Tony as he is a very personable salesmen, and knows what he's talking about. Even if you cannot afford $300 for a shirt, they have sales frequently. I could not ask for a better experiance.

The best store in Portland to meet my fashion needs. Only store to carry Dsquared!! Mens sportwear ROCKS. They carry designers like J Lindeberg, Dsquared, Prada, Theory, John Varvatos, Hugo Boss, Armani, Helmut Lang, DKNY, etc. Their after Christmas sale is the best, up to 60% off Winter/Fall lines.
Pros: Dsquared, Nice & Friendly Staff, Great Sales
Cons: Not Enough Dsquared, " " Rock STAR Belts

We recently went to SAKS mens in Pioneer place and have a great guy help us; I believe his name was devian- he was VERY helpful, friendly, patient and caring about our many concerns- He really bent over backwards for us and we had an AMAZING experience with him. i highly recommend him as a staff member at SAKS mens department

When it comes to clothing, why buy the cheap stuff when you can get the high quality designer items for nearly the same price. Saks has the greatest sales of any clothing store I've ever shopped in. I don't have to wait until an end of season sale to buy items I want because markdowns occur often. Item turn over is fast so I don't have to see the same clothes over and over again for 6 months(with the same paltry discount) before something new comes in. Sales associates are always friendly and helpful, never pushy. Personalized attention is a rarity when it comes to shoping these days but at Saks it's commonplace. My highest recommendations.
