It's all good!
by Kragerisdope
The owner of this establishment might be in violation of some hiring laws as it seems that beauty is a requirement for being hired.
Kidding, of course, but the baristas are gorgeous and friendly, the coffee is top shelf, and the atmosphere is quintessential Portland. It is the perfect place to spend a misty Oregon morning or a sunny Oregon afternoon.
- Pros: Coffee, prices, Baristas, atmosphere
- Cons: none
Fantastic to the very last drop...
by Adnilem
I am in love with this coffee shop. Free wifi so I can sit and do homework, incredible drinks (love their caramel macchiatto iced with soy, my husband adores the Crouching Tiger shake), and friendly servers who don't mind that I'm the kind of girl who takes a bit to make up her mind!
- Pros: Great coffee, great service...
- Cons: Busy, but that's a good sign right?
Best Atmosphere I've seen!!!
by Maebeck
I really enjoy coming in to Cafe Delirium on a daily basis. The employees are great, they all know my name and my drink. The drinks are amazing, I love all of the seating. They have lots of couches and comfortable chairs. There must be at least 50 places to sit in there, and it is usually packed, but with great, fun and polite customers. This is a great place to work, study, or just meet with friends. I also heard that they are starting their own Deli Sandwiches next month!! I can't wait! I advise anyone that hasn't been there, to check them out.
- Pros: Great Coffee, Free Wi-Fi
Great Coffee Place
by TatianaSouza
This place is amazing. Along with creative names for the drinks, they have a very comfortable feeling that makes you wanna sit and sip coffee all day. I, myself, have sat and done work from the Cafe from my laptop, with their free wireless internet.
May I recommend the Shamrock Shake, you have to ask for it special :]
AWESOME atmosphere
by afamousstatue
Downside to Gresham is its total lack of fun, creative atmospheres like Portland has so many of. Unless you really want to make the drive downtown or to Hawthorne, get your coffee cafe kick at Cafe Delirium!! I love going there for studying, writing, talking w/ friends and just hanging out to read a good book and drink good coffee! I totally recommend it! Some of their easy chairs totally need replacing because they are well worn but there are so many different, well-set up circles for everyone from singles, to couples, to book groups. Cafe Delirium. It rocks.
- Pros: awesome atmosphere, good parking, GREAT staff, good coffee
- Cons: most coffee is overpriced -- not as bad as Starbucks though.
Creative atmosphere

This little coffee shop is one of the best I've ever been to. They have a variety of chairs, tables and couches that don't really match, it's all just very trendy and creative. They have paintings and little funky vintage-looking decorative stuff in it. It's not the cheapest place you'll ever go, but they have delicious drinks with unique names. I highly recommend the Crouching Tiger.
Anyways. I can almost guarentee you'll love your experience there.
Friendly staff, good service
by cnohero
This place has a fun atmosphere with friendly staff, you don't have to pay for WiFi, there are computers you can rent to check your email, and the drinks are well made, although sort of expensive... but not any worse than any other cafes I've been to lately.
- Pros: Great amiance, parking if good, servie is excellent
- Cons: Coffee is a little epsensive
Cafe Delirium

I have been going to Cafe D for 5 years now. I have met some of my best friends there. The employees are always friendly and the coffee is always good. I will never go to another cafe.
- Pros: Everything
- Cons: Nothing
Coffee, internet, and comfy seating.. what else do you need?
by meltedcrayons
Cafe Delirium is within walking distance of the high school, so naturally it's on the list of coffee places that people frequent at school, regardless if they're teachers or students. Old, squishy couches and chairs, a table that has random stuff stuck on it under a piece of glass, great coffee & italian sodas, and don't forget the free wireless. But now it's summer and school's out, so will that caramel macchiato be enough to get me to cross town? Heck yes. --Right after I stop at the library to borrow something to have my nose in while sipping that twelve ounce piece of heaven.
- Pros: Seating is random yet not confusing, eye-candy that won't give you a headache
- Cons: Seating near power outlets is somewhat a challenge
Greatest Coffee in the Gresham
by roman22
If you're anything like me and have gotten sick of Starbucks (and other chain shops) then Cafe D is the place for you. Starbucks coffee is too sweet, coffee people (while good) is too bland, Cafe D's coffee is just right. My friends and I frequent the place, when we don't have class it's always to Cafe D we go. Only problem is the hours are kind of lame, so you can't go there at 10 on a saturday night (nor at 9 for that matter). Best drink there is the White Russian.
- Pros: Great Parking, Great Location, Great Coffee, Fun Enviorment, very Portland.
- Cons: They close too early, sometimes too crowded.
