Great Pediatrician

My kids have been going to Dr. Alexander for years. I most appreciate the time he takes with the kids and his noncompromising manner when it comes to the well-being of his patients. He is easy-going and knows how to put my kids at ease. You sometimes have to wait a bit but it is worth it to have someone who actually knows your kids and cares about them.

My daugher had an excrutiating back pain and the on call Dr Sara J. Cannon, M.D. who was extremely rude and incompetent on her profession quoted: "if you can walk and talk than I can't help you!"

My daugher had an excrutiating back pain late at night. The on call nurse recommended my daughter to be seen at the emergency, but having another small child asleep, I wanted to make sure that I would get enough professional advice and certainty that it was absolutely necessary to go and no one to help me watch the small one. The nurse understood my circumstances and said it was best for me to speak with the on call dr and hear the recommendations. The on call Dr Sara J. Cannon, M.D. called and I said it was best for her to speak to my 17 yrs old, after listening, the on call dr was extremely rude and incompetent on her diagnosis, she quoted: " I can't see you and if you can walk and talk than I can't help you!" my response to this is: On call dr should take calls anytime after hours and be able to treat a pt no matter what age, race, gender and symptons with the same respect and professionalism! I do not recommend Dr Sara J. Cannon, M.D !!!!! by the way my daughter almost fainted with the severe pain and no professional advice was given by this Dr Sara J. Cannon, M.D!!!!!!!
