My family has been seeing Dr. Walls and his physician assistants for several years now. I have to say that the care we get is great and the fact that Dr. Walls understands the escalating costs of medical care here in the U.S. makes his practice a refreshing change from the usual. For example, a school sports physcial was under $50, while our previous doctor wanted to charge us $160. His rates are reasonable and he'll tell you what something costs as well as try to find a way to avoid expensive tests. Yet, we've always felt we were getting expert care with just enough confidence and perspective to satisfy the most worried patient. We've also never had trouble getting an appointment, often same day.
Pros: Great practice! A doctor who cares -- about the high cost of health care as well as you!

I've seen both Bryan and Jessica there at different times and felt like both of them really cared about my concerns. I've lived in alot of different places and have moved around alot, so it was nice to find a small clinic close to my house with great providers. The whole office is SO nice.
Pros: small clinic, not a bad wait, great staff, great care

Well, I have to say I'm genuinely surprised that Dr. Walls has gotten so many good reviews. He might be good for someone bringing their children in for a yearly physical, or someone who needs little more than an ice pack for their sore knee. For me, this wasn't the case. First off, he had a medical student learn what I had come in for (chronic migraines, allergies, etc.). I didn't mind having a med student evaluate me, but this lasted for almost 45 minutes. When Dr. Walls came in after the med student had finished asking me questions, he basically spent about five minutes with me. I'm pretty much an easy going person, but I honestly felt Dr. Walls was extremely rude. The problem is that he doesn't really listen, which is pretty much the biggest thing I look for in a doctor. I'd begin telling him what was bothering me, and he'd either talk over me or suggest remedies I'd already discussed with the med student. I had been seeing a g.p. in Los Angeles before I moved up here, and she provided a pretty good example of what a good doctor should be like. The best word that describes Dr. Wall's personality would probably be "abrasive." All in all, I won't be going back.
Pros: Physician's assistant was nice
Cons: Rude staff, Dr.'s manner was abrasive, Unhelpful

I've been to so many doctors offices over the years, and I'm 100% pleased with this medical clinic. It's a small building that obviously needs some love, but the whole office is friendly and professional. I'm going to start bringing my kids to him too. They finally hired a girl doctor so now I can have my physicals there. And Dr Wall is a D.O. too, which means I can finally ditch my no-good chiropractor! One stop medical care! It's great! Oh, and by the way, I read some of the other reviews and quite frankly... the one about Dr Wall sexually harassing him is hilarious!! (What was THAT guy on? coo-coo!! )
Pros: Great medical care for the whole family!!
Cons: Noisy from busy street/ Sometime theres a short wait, but never more than 5 minutes

I've been going to Dr. Walls for several years and he's great. I've never had any long waits unlike some doctors I've been to, he takes time with you and listens to you. Good sense of humor, provides good advice, friendly. When I had to have some stitches he did such a good job you can't even see a scar. I've always recommended him to friends who needed a doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr Walls for about 5 years. He's highly competent, friendly, and has always treated me in a professional manner. He also actually really seems to care about me as a patient. It's really hard to find a doctor with those qualities; and I highly recommend him.
Pros: Professionalism and high level of competency

My report is pretty much the same as the one above on Dr. Walls, the fifth review I think, I waited half an hour for my appointment and I went to see the doctor to check my bruised nose and i was sitting on the Doctor's table/bed thing and had my hands on my knees and he was going to examine my nose and his crotch touched my right hand and I moved my hand away and he never moved or said anything, just stayed put, and I blew it off at the time but now I think it was on purpose seeing as how he didn't even say anything or react like he meant to do it, I have never seen a Doctor come that close and I've been to enough of them, he has the gay slur voice although I don't know what that has to do with that but since I'm a guy and he is and he just seems shady I don't trust him. I would recommend nobody goes to see this guy, I don't trust him for a second and wouldn't be surprised if he tries this sick sexual harassment all the time, from the pretty much exact same review from above, I also filed a complaint with the Oregon medical review board over this visit. Don't see him, trust me. like i said this is to h a n e c z k a, I want to know why your experience with Dr. walls was "terrible", and if it was the same as mine, you could send a report to the Oregon medical review board and get an investigation started on Dr. walls, because the Oregon medical review board qualifications for starting an investigation are 2 reports on that doctor, PLEASE EMAIL ME WHAT HAPPENED IN YOUR VISIT WITH DOCTOR WALLS IN DETAIL AND EXPLAIN WHY IT WAS TERRIBLE AT ARROWS333333@YAHOO (dot, i had to type dot it wouldn't let me type .)COM
Pros: None
Cons: Everything bad you could think. Don't go see him, trust me.

Dr. Walls has always treated me in a very professional manner. He always greets me with a handshake and a thanks for coming in to see him. I have felt comfortable discussing some delicate health issues and he has always been very compassionate. His staff at times have been very unfriendly, but I believe that has improved. I was glad to see that Angela has moved on. She was the one person in his office that was very rude. Talk to the receptionist about her two sons and her "puggle" (beagle and pug mix). I have never had a problem with insurance or copayments. Those things work seamlessly. Kelly the medical assistant is amazing. I couldn't ask for a nicer person to initially discuss my issues. She always has a smile and is very gracious. I donate at the Red Cross on a regular basis and Kelly far surpasses anyone at the Red Cross at being gentle when taking samples.

I was lucky to find Dr. Walls. I recently moved to Portland and needed a good doctor. I've been to many doctors around the country and have had mediocre to terrible experiences. Dr. Walls knows what he is talking about but he makes it a pleasant experience to be in his care. Who wants a stiff old coot or a grumpy b!$%# for a doctor when you can have a truly nice and congenial person who really seems to care like Dr. Bryan Walls? I have never had a bad experience and I was really late for one of my appointments and they still accommodated me. The staff is nice too if you are nice to them. I do wish they opened earlier.
Pros: Bedside manner
Cons: Office needs some renovation and color changes!

I was so fortunate to find this medical office so close to our home. I really appreciate the sliding scale/cash pay (simplecare) they offer. I can bring my whole family to the doctor using simplecare and get the same medical care I would at other expensive medical offices!! I wish more doctors took an interest in their patients financial needs as well as medical needs. Everyone needs a doctor like Dr. Wall! (It's no wonder they're so busy!!!)
Pros: great medical care/ won't cost an arm & a leg
Cons: gets very busy, schedule in advance
