I was concerned about the cost of a computer consultant and felt I "should" solve the problem myself. Once Martin from Control Freaks arrived I realized how wrong I was to worry. He solved my problem, showed me what to do to finish the job (needed to order a part), set up an alternate computer from an old system I had while I wait for the part to arrive, solved a problem I'd been dealing with for a year and educated me in several areas when I asked questions. This was the best $80 I have spent!

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff, the low cost of service, and the quick turn around time on my computer. They did an excellent job fixing my computer problems and were helpful with suggestions to protect myself in the future. I would highly recommend this company to anyone; they were a pleasure to do business with! Thanks Control Freaks!

My Compaq crashed (a "total loss" situation) and left me without a computer for work - life as I know it quickly came to a complete halt. I was very upset and anxious about impending hard drive retrieval and new computer purchase costs. I can't say enough about Martin, Coleen, Chris and Wil and Bonnie. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and honest. At every possible turn, they went out of their way to help me through this very aggravating experience . . they even helped me order a new Dell online! Honestly, I've never had a computer repair experience like this - personal, efficient and thorough. To my friends at Control Freaks - thank you all so much! I appreciate it more than I can put into words. By the way, this Dell is AWESOME!!!

Martin and Control Freaks ave been invaluable to the clinic here. Martin has come running whenever we have called and always fixed the problems quickly and thoroughly. He finds his way around some truly baffling problems and explained them in simple terms even a computer newbie would understand

Doing business with Control Freaks has been a very positive experience for our company. Martin is very knowledgable and explains cleary the steps that he is taking to make our systems operate properly. We wouldn't consider calling anyone else!

I have used Control Freaks services for 2 years and find them knowledgable, friendly and efficient. No matter what the problem, hardware,software or web design, Control Freaks has the answer! I highly recommend all Control Freaks personnel, I couldn't manage without Martin's wonderful advise.
