Terrible customer service

As a current customer in a contract, I am unable to get them to service my security system! They will never call me back even for basic questions! Cannot get through the ADT telephone maze, and they will not answer questions regarding my bill in a succinct manner. They are unpleasant and miserable to deal with. Very unprofessional. Do not use!!!
Pros: NONE.
Cons: Service!!!!
