I recently moved to Portland and was looking for something new to do in the area. I decided to try yoga for the first time and went to Yoga Bhoga on a whim. The studio has a great mix of students, from beginners through accomplished yogis. The teachers are great, very knowledgable, but not pushy. You simply do what you can, it's not a competition and never made to feel that way. Any class is open to anyone, regardless of experience. There's no required set of training classes to get into a more sophisticated practice, which let's you try a little bit of everything to find where you personally want to be. I never thought I could do a head stand, but now I can! I can't recommend Yoga Bhoga highly enough.
