The Best of the Chain

My wife and I are regulars at this Taco Bell (it's really the only fast food we eat anymore).
For the past four years this particular Taco Bell has given us exceptional service and great food (for fast food, and for a Taco Bell). They rarely miss an item. The food is always piping hot. The food is well made (sauces and such well distributed, i.e. there's not a 1/2 pound of sour cream in the last bite of your burrito). There are several people on staff who just have ridiculously good attitudes (especially for fast food people). The line can be long...but if you want to complain about that...why not complain to your friends and neighbors who all decided to pickup a taco at the same time?
It's still fast food, but the Newberg Taco Bell is without a doubt the best Taco Bell I have ever been to - and is consistently that. Every time we eat Taco Bell out of town we're always disappointed because we're spoiled by our Newbergian Taco Bell staff.

I agree with the previous reviewers. Hey, Taco Bell People. Could we step up the service, please?

We go here regularly because it is one place that our whole family agrees on, but this particular Taco Bell location has some issues.
Pros:
* Price.
* Appeals to my entire family.
Cons:
* Sometimes get my order wrong or leave things out entirely.
* Food is usually cold (Mine often goes into the microwave when I get home.)
* Don't expect any above-and-beyond customer service.
why bother eating at all?

I would not recommend this restaurant unless you have a lot of time to spend sitting in the drive thru. The employees are hard to understand when you're ordering and my order has often been wrong. They are not polite, I've actually had a personl shove the food at me through the window of my car. All the time I spent in the drive thru would've been better spent at a real mexican restaurant.
PROS: price
CONS: time

In Short
A pink and blue color scheme, white tile floors and hacienda-like arched windows combine for a subtle Southwestern motif at this fast-food chain. Founded in Southern California in 1962 by Glen Bell (who invented the pre-fab hard taco shell), this casual order-at-the-counter Mexican restaurant features classics like tacos, nachos, quesadillas and burritos. In recent years, menu offerings have expanded to include specialty items like gorditas, chalupas and cinnamon twists.

I enjoy the food for the price, but would prefer more authentic dishes. Great place to go when your on the run.
