This place is the best! The staff is knowledgeabe, helpful and caring. You won't be disappointed! They have an Infra-red sauna, detox foot baths which leave you feeling rejuvenated and a great selection of supplements. Looking forward to the healthy deli that is soon to open.

I love Healthy Alternatives. To me, it is like home away from home when I sit down to get my detox foot spa. I've been a customer for the past two years and highly recommend Healthy Alternatives to anyone who is seeking answers to various health issues which may be troubing you. The detox foot spa is refreshing. When you sit down for it, you will enjoy a cup of tea and a neck warmer to relax your muscles in a relaxing environment. The staff is friendly and well educated in natural medicine and remedies and can provide you with the advice you need in order to get yourself on track to good health - again.

This is a really good place to come into if you care about your health. They have so many different supplements you can take that can replace your medication if you want a better option. At least in my opinion. and yet no side effects. they have detox programs. one of there best ones includes detox footspas, you pretty much set your feet in a tub of water. and they hook this machine up that creates a ionic charge that draws it out of your body. and by the time your done your water looks so nasty. so you can tell its working. they also have a infared sauna. its bettter then a normal sauna because its a heat energy that penetrates the skin and boosts your immune system. It helped me kick my cold. Best of all the lady that owns the store and is always there, and is one of the nicest ladies i have ever met, and she has an incredible amount of knowledge on health and herbs.

It's a great place to find quality suppliments. The staff are very helpful and knowlegable. A friend and I went in for detox footspas, it was so grose but way cool. If you haven't tried this you must, it's the craziest thing I have ever seen. It was sooo relaxing. You put your feet in a tub of very warm water for detoxing, then they give you a nice warm herbal neck wrap and a cup of the best tea. Wonderful!!! This is a must visit !! They also have an infrared sauna, if you don't know anything about these things their website is very informative. It is www.healthyandorganic com
