John Kennedy has helped us refinance our home twice and reach our financial goals. He not only knows his business but has the gift of explaining things so the rest of us can understand. He's a creative thinker who can accomplish things no one else would think to try. For example, when we needed to replace our roof before refinancing, he found us the best roofer in our town who was able to do the work immediately. We have total confidence in John and in Whitehouse Mortgage. We wouldn't dream of buying, selling, or refinancing again without his help. Approval rating: 100%!
Pros: Deep knowledge, great communication.
Cons: None!

John Kennedy is wonderful! He's a great person as well as a great loan guy. He did exactly what he set out to do, get us a great loan with a great rate. We've done business with John for the last 5 loans/purchases we've done. We just keep coming back because he's so great at what he does. He answers his email on the weekends and late at night. No question is ever to crazy to ask. Believe me John knows his stuff!!! (Not only that but he has a good joke now and then!)
Pros: We were able to do everything by fax, phone and email.
Cons: None that I can think of.

John Kennedy with White House mortage recently helped my husband and I buy our first home. I can't say enough good things about him. He very agressively pursued every avenue available until he secured us the exact terms that he had promised us. We had a few challenges and setbacks, but he never gave up and always found ways to resolve them. I have to say that he really went above and beyond the call of duty, and proved himself to be completely honest and trustworthy. He was always available if we had questions or any issue at all - even to the point of coming by late in the evening to explain new developments or review documents with us. He helped us fulfill our dream of becoming homeowners, and I would not only reccomend him very highly, but I would use him again in a heartbeat. Thanks again to John and White House Mortgage!
