SpiritOne has been my internet service provider since 2000. I love them and highly recommend them. You may be paying a bit more for their service, but what you get in customer service is so worth it. When you call, you get a human being, in the Portland Metro area. Tech support is (usually) stellar: patient, kind and helpful. (I say usually because I have gotten one bad apple in the bunch, surly and impatient- monosyllabic, in fact- but I have had such incredible service from his co-workers that I am willing to overlook it.) Go with SpiritOne, you won't be sorry!

Cons: Harry's not with them anymore!
