The owner of Below Cost Framing is knowledgeable, competent, and speedy. When I brought in a very large photograph to be framed, he helped me pick out a suitable frame and managed to creatively mask a defect in the existing matting around the photograph. The new frame was ready just a few days later, and cost less than half of what another place down on Hawthorne had quoted. I am so pleased with the job he did! I will never have anything framed anywhere else.
