Rio (the owner) provided excellent service. He's very friendly, and my price was exceptionally fair -- if not unfair to him. He spent a lot of time trying to recover a dead hard drive, then had to rebuild from an alternate source. He gave me a nice break on the time that didn't bear fruit.

Pros: Efficient, Thorough, Good Value
