Worst Customer Interaction EVER

This service was truly terrible. I ordered 4 dishes through their service and when I received them not one of the dishes was made correctly. I called the merchant and the manager assured me that I would be FULLY refunded for everything and when I saw a charge on my account after the weekend I called and the manager and his owner rudely told me only the cost of the food would be refunded and not the service fee. The manager also stated to me at the time of the first call that this particular restaurant had problems with orders previously. The owner's excuse was that "Am I suppose to tell you no when you want food from this restaurant?" Well my answer is yes! I don't want to order food from this restaurant if they have a known problem with getting orders out correctly. Horrible rude service by their company and I would never be back to order. Funny thing is, when I said I would never use their service again, they simply said "Fine!". Great attitude!

I've ordered from Bizeats a few times. It's always been a positive experience. This last time, the order arrived room temperature. Therefore I couldn't eat it. I've worked in restaurants and been a caterer, so I know what room temp food can do. I called them. They said the driver waited at the restaurant for the order. In other words, I was lying? They never offered to refund my money. They only offered to refund the $4.95 delivery charge. Whatever. I threw away $33 plus tip of food and that's all they offered. I won't use them again. I'm acutally looking for a management source that I can't find online. Anyone know? Someone in the company cares.

I had Bizeats deliver lunch to my office last week and I love this service! I didn't give them much notice ( I called late in the morning) but was still able to get it at lunch time. The service on the phone was friendly and patient and offered suggestions when the restaurant that we wanted was not in our area. The delivery driver was on time and very quick about getting all the food in, and everything we ordered was correct. Because of the positive experience I ordered again to my home last night. It came a little later than expected but I got a call to let me know, and both the phone operator and the delivery driver were very apologetic. Despite being late, my food was still hot and both food and service were great. I will definitely use this service often...the delivery fee is very reasonable, there's no way my driver is only getting 10% gratuity, and nearly any kind of food I want can be delivered right to my door. Thumbs up Bizeats!
Do NOT rely on them for business needs

We tried this co. with a larger order and a couple days' notice. The order was late (just over half an hour), the hot food was barely lukewarm and the salads were warmed and wilted, and several items were missing or incorrect. Bizeats couldn't be bothered to take responsibility. Another reviewer said that late or cold food is forgiveable if you understand how the business works (!?!?!?!)--hey, it's not my JOB to understand and forgive problems in your procedure, folks! It's my JOB to give you money and get food reasonably on time, reasonably hot, and reasonably correct, because when I set up the lunch for my bosses, it is MY JOB on the line. My complaints were met with indifference, and they would not rescind the required tip for the lackluster service. (Shouldn't a delivery driver know not to put hot and cold food together?) These folks have taken a great idea and turned it into a disappointment. Maybe they're better at small, residential deliveries, but take my word and warning--stear clear of ordering larger business lunches!

I have been ordering from Bizeats on a regular basis for over a year and I would like to say that I have never had any problems and the customer service is always helpful to me if something goes wrong. I understand that there are circumstances that can contribute to cold food and late food which I have had many times however I have never been treated bad and have always had some one call if there is a problem. I appreciate the work you guys do and the prediciments that you have to go through with unwilling customers who unfortunately don't understand the actual buisness. Thanks Alot Bizeats For Making My Late Dinners.
Horrible service

I have used bizeats twice and both times the drivers were late, they had the nerve to try to get more of a tip than the 10% that is added on automatically. The food was cold, and the topper was that they charged my credit card twice more when I didn't order from them. It was a huge hassle to get the unauthorized charges reversed. If you like cold food and you're going to pay with cash....good luck!! I wouldn't wish them on my worst enemies!!!

Terrible customer service

Ordered dinner and it took OVER an hour and a half. When I called, talked to the manager and they begrudgingly said they would refund money and never did. They are obviously not very ethical and do not care about their poor service when it comes down to it.

Over Rated, Horrible Service

Ordered from this company when I was stuck at home with no car and no food. I was willing to pay the delivery charge and even the tip. It took forever to recieve my food it was 30 minutes late, all I got was it will be there soon. After I recieved it order was messed up and food was horrible and cold. I called the company who said I had to call the restaurant who in turn said I had to call the company. Never recieved any sort of discount, never recieved a sorry, were supposed to call me back and never did. The customer service is non existant
On top of that they over charge for the food. They up the price on every item from 2-3 dollars. What the delivery charge and mandatory tip are not enough?
