friendly service, good drinks

They bar is fantastic. I drive from SE to get there for drinks on a monthly basis. It always have fast, friendly service, the drinks have character and are slightly artsy; there is a martini for every one and they have one for you. So give them a shot. The drinks are hot!

Worst Service and Food!!!!

I could write a novel here, but I wont. The service is not friendly, and it is not nice. This place is WAAAAY understaffed. Who in their right mind would staff a place that could easily seat 100 people, with only one slow bartender and only one slow server? Not to mention the cook is running the food. Weird. Basically we waited 10 minutes to be greeted, 15 minutes for water and had to ask twice, we waited about 20 minutes for our drinks, and about 15 minutes for food. The food part is the only one worth waiting 15 minutes for. Except it wasn't. The chicken skewers were dry and came with a bland tomato sauce. The mozzarella tomato salad had just tomato and cheese. There was no olive oil or vinegar or salt or BASIL or anything to make it edible! It was so bland. I wanted salt but I couldn't even find the server to ask her. We finally got our drinks with our last bite of food and they were just okay. The blud (they won't let me write the word) orange mimosa was kinda gross because the puree was really gooey and there was too much of it. My fingers were all sticky the second I touched the glass. I really would only recommend this place if you have about an hour for one drink and a bland appetizer and don't mind crappy service. Why don't people smile anymore? It's so bizarre.

This is a great bar with a martini menu the size of most restaurants. it has a martini for everyone and the service is great to boot.

I've only been once. But it was really fun. The staff was really friendly and the atmosphere was low key. We had a really good time and have been talking about going again very soon!

I've only been a few times, but it's by far my favorite place to go for a girls night out. The guava drop is the best, the only con is that they don't always have everything to make it!!!

Pathetic New Years Eve

I read the reviews for Vault, and since the wife and I didn't wanna pay too much for a New Year's Eve party, we decided on Vault. The guy out front said it was $50 for all you can drink, of course with a limited drink menu. This place is known for having over 50 different martinis, and but we were limited to just THREE different types of drinks...THREE! I was very mad when I found this out, but of course we had already paid. So we didn't eat before we got there, and we wanted to order an appetizer. Since we didn't purchase a "VIP ticket", appetizers weren't included on our ticket. This was fine, I wanted to pay for an appetizer. They said they couldn't do that.

So not only was the drink menu crummy, but they wouldn't even let you PAY for anything to eat. At this point I was upset. I made sure the wife and I drank well over $100 worth of alcohol, then we left and went to Deschutes Brewery for something to eat. The guy at the front selling the tickets should have been more honest. If I had known we only had 3 martinis to choose from and couldn't get anything to eat, we would NOT have wasted our money!!!

Great Cozy Bar

Vault is a great place to grab a drink. They serve great cocktails and have a super creative menu. The only downside to Vault is that it's a bit small and can get a little crowded, especially on the weekends.

Fun Atmosphere & Great Drinks

I have been to Vault probably 5 or 6 times over the past few years and everytime I go I have a great time. I was with 5 other friends during First Thursday and we had a table. Food was good and drinks were even better. There is a huge selection of drinks and they all seem to be good. I had 4 Joyful Girls; very tasty! I will continue to make my infrequent trips to Vault and I hope it stays as it is now.

Great place for a drink Friday after work.

The staff are great. I have been going there for years and the staff always remembers my drink and are quick to serve. A great place to hang out with a group of friends.
