Gamestop has an ordinary selection of games and systems, and doesn't really stand out of the crowd in that aspect. Its main strong-point is the buying system which allows gamers to sell back their games or movies for cash or store credit. Although unfortunately they often give out tiny, tiny amounts for used games. The service is decent, although sometimes a bit snobbish and callous. All in all, its a good place to go if you have no other choice.
Gaming enthusiasts flock to the world's largest video game retailer to discover and acquire the latest games.

In 2005, GameStop merged with EB Games, also known as Electronics Boutique and EBX, to offer video games, consoles and accessories at more than 4,400 stores worldwide. These stores--some with multiple locations in a single mall--feature floor-to-ceiling displays of new and pre-owned games for Xbox, Wii, PlayStation and PC systems. Children and adults can be found hypnotically in awe, playing recent releases at in-store gaming kiosks or browsing through books, magazines, DVDs and CDs.
